TheEmpathicEar
I just installed v3.4 today. It seems to have ad(s) - bottom-right and another just below the top. Is this the "New Normal" for uTorrent? Edited February 21, 2014 by TheEmpathicEar

gonza
Under Options, just uncheck the following: "Show Featured Content" and "Show Plus Information", and/or if you aren't using the sidebar, just uncheck "Show Sidebar".

spudboy
You can also add these to your Windows hosts file, unless you want all of those connections every time you start up uTorrent.bench.utorrent.comupdate.bittorrent.comutclient.utorrent.comcdn.ap.bittorrent.combundles.bittorrent.comapps.bittorrent.com

Scorpius
Maybe a little off topic but is there a reason to still use uTorrent? Since they have become evil most people switched to qBittorrent. I haven't tried it yet since I'm using an old uTorrent before they added all this malware. But I think I should try it. GreenMan
I would love to switch.. My problem is there is no proper way (that I've found, anyway) to export torrents so I could import them into another. :( I'm seeding several hundred. :( Edited February 24, 2014 by GreenMan
