eurobyn
under network you can turn this off (do not password protect network) no password for network is the thing you have to set up (open network center and go to advanced settings and choose all network (no password protection)you do not need this (home group) just right click a folder you want to share in the network and choose (share with) choose advanced) it's a bit difficult to tell you the whole story but this will work.windows update can you get by using a right click on this pc ans choose settings and there you can choose windows update.or if you are in the metro style (big buttons - start page- ) you can start typing in windows updatei think i'm drunk (lol)do not be angry about some that posting a joke.whe are all here to help . Sonar
windows 8/8.1 home group is annoying!the icon keeps coming to my desktop!!!!I know how to get rid of it every time by opening the desktop icons and ticking network / unticking... but seriously they haven't sent out a patch for this yet!! - better be fixed in the next big update....(I know its a little off topic)editFor the xbox the start screen is fine - limited stuff on screen and all in front of you is fine. but come to the desktop and you can fill that start screen with 1000+ box's - which is an headache looking for stuff ;p Edited February 25, 2014 by Sonar
