Therru
Like everybody knows there's built in feature in Windows called Administrative Tools, it appears in Start menu and Control Panel. How to enable:Open Start menu and right click somewhere and select Properties and then Start menu section, then scroll down and check the Administrative Tools box.How to add more items inside of Admnistrative Tools section:Open Start menu and right click Administrative Tools section and select Open, new explorer window appears, then just create new shortcuts and then just drag/drop those shortcuts inside this explorer window which just opened, done.Tip:You can also copy all those shortcuts from Administrative Tools folder and paste them inside of new folder and then create new Toolbar in taskbar like this: Edited February 19, 2014 by Therru
Fallon
There is another location where part of the Administrative Tools overlap and can be launched.Start 'System Configuration': C:\Windows\System32\msconfig.exeAnd you have arrived. :king: Another Windows tidbit. The dumbest thing I find most often on PC's from friends, is in 'Folder Options'.Go to Control Panel => Folder Options => 'View' Tab. => Here, the 'Hide extensions for known file types' setting, is 'Enabled' by default. This means NO EXTENSION can be seen on such a system and this is a Windows default setting. Crazy. And even more crazy that people can live with it. The setting should be 'Disabled' (unticked). :duh:
