Need Help (Mass File Rename)

What's up all,

I'm having a problem renaming a bunch of files. I'm hoping someone can help or give me an easier route.
I recently built a HTPC which is running XBMC, on my NAS I have a large amount of disorgnized video files.

I used filebot to help with the renaming scheme but since it has made it even worse.

#Current Structure#
X:\Media\Movies\Avatar (2009)\.avi
X:\Media\Movies\Avatar (2009)\.srt

It removed each file name. So now the scrapers don't recognize file to pull the information.
Is there a way each file can inherit the parent folder name?

Any help is appreciated.

I did it. I took a long route which was very time consuming but I also figured out my fault with filebot.
