As has been mentioned previously, an ISO is an image of the entire disc, bit for bit, and by its very nature you cannot write multiple ISOs to a single disc. Unless of course you simply copied the ISO files as is to the disc, without attempting to rebuild the disc from that image.

Some programs (Nero comes to mind) allow you to mount an ISO file as a virtual drive. That basically tricks your computer into thinking you have a separate CD/DVD drive with the appropriate disc loaded into the tray. One potential option would be to mount each ISO as a drive, copy all the files from each disc to a separate folder (labeled Disc 1, Disc 2, etc), then burn that one folder to a DVD. Although depending on the dynamics of the particular install program involved, that's not prudent.

My best suggestion would be to burn all the ISOs to one DVD (assuming we're talking about CD ISOs here, which is the only way it would fit), then when you want to install the game, mount the appropriate ISO file to a virtual drive. When it prompts you to swap discs, remove the old ISO and mount the second one in its place.

Of course, the simplest solution would be to just burn all the ISOs to CD's, and do it the old fashioned way. But the above method is more budget conscious.
