Kaspersky Internet Security.For a free AV, i would also recommend 360 Internet Security or Avast, and for a paid one Kaspersky AV.For a firewall... Comodo.If you want a complete internet security that is light, easy to handle and top-notch... ESET. ;) There are great trial resetters here on nsane. Headaches free! That's what i use.
