I have a 4 port usb hub connected to my computer.

3 ports have computer equipment attached whils the 4th carries a ethernet to usb network adaptor attached.

I now want to connect an additional ethernet adaptor .

Is there a hub that has both usb and ethernet slots? If not, could someone please tell me how to connect the 2nd ethernet attachment I have no ehternet connections on my own computer only usb 2.0 ports. Thanks

Taken from the above description of the hardware, I take it that you have the existing usb hub connected to a net book / ultra book that is without an internal network adapter.

Should for whatever reason you wish to have another Ethernet port available, you can either purchase another single port usb / network adapter and plug into another internal usb port, or a multi port one similar to this http://uk.startech.com/Networking-IO/Adapter-Cards/USB-3-to-Dual-Port-Gigabit-Ethernet-Adapter-NIC-with-USB-Port~USB32000SPT
