Boshnaq
Hi All,We currently running a small business (construction company) and the amount of paperwork involved takes alot of time to organize and file properly let alone if you want to search for a document thats 2 to 3 years old.I'm looking for a good, free, DMS filing system. There are so many out there its hard to decide what you want to use, so this is the question anyone used something or recommends something for use?ThanksBosh

Catoja
I don't know a thing about that software, but searching should be easy with good indexing configs.
mike.mt
We have recently gone through a similar project for 500,000+ files on a file server & you may wish to consider these options:-SoftPerfect Network Search Engine. Fast efficient solution for finding files & folders on a network. Can be used through web interface or its own workstation search GUI. & very easy to deploy. The indexer can be run on any windows platform.http://www.softperfect.com/products/searchengine/Windows Search Server Express 2010. More versatile than the above. Can search for both names & content within files .doc, xls, pdf, msg, ems etc. More complex to deploy, but results when set up correctly are excellent (Your own in house Google / Bing). Must be run from Server 2008 R2 & above.http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=18914
