How do you hide your "Collection"

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

I just recently read an article on Gizmodo.com - How to hide your "Collection"
I figured it would be a nice discussion to see how the members here at nsane hides their porn "Collection"

My current setup is

Exlade Cryptic Disk W/ File on Remote NAS

I'm interested in seeing what everyone else does. Maybe STEGANOGRAPHY?

╚═►But why? If you locks the door, then the thieves will not be able to enter - you mean so?

I just meant to use windows built-in feature to 'hide' folders, if you meant so?

I store them in a seperate drive. I don't know if you've eve worked with OpenSUSE, but everytime you want to mount a drive, it asks for your password, so ... I really don't need to hide anything.

Well..No porn here too.. but for some personal stuffs, some intimate moments wid my love, some Pics ;) and some confidential stuffs.. :locked:

I Use MY Lockbox Pro.. and I'm quite satisfied with its security,as it completely hides and locks your folder..(Even after disabling from Taskmanager you won't be able to acces the folder without Password) :showoff:

I cross the Canadian/USA border many times with my laptop and I often wonder if they looked in my computer with all the movies I have torrented, would I have a problem. So I hide the partition by removing/hiding it through Windows.......[unmounting it] I know this is not very secure and I also think they may need a court order to open my compute but just a little safe guard

TrueCrypt works wonders for hiding folders of all sorts. Only you know the password to unlock the folder. Garanteed to keep your family or friends from snooping into sensitive stuff...but not NSA proof of course.

Its not like I have alot of wierd shit on my PC. I do have some porn, but no midgets fucking a donkey while farmer John faps in the woods...anyways I dont hide my "collection" as you call it. Nobody but myself uses my PC. I use a CMOS/BIOS password and employ a good 3rd party locking soft. If someone were to reboot my PC because it was locked as soon as it booted they would be confronted with the CMOS password. If they had enough time to sit down at my desk and try to break into my PC in the first place that wood mean I was dead and then it would be a mute point for me anyways.
