As topic states "Need Torrent File Creator For Android" Is a utmost requirement for me. I used many torrent clients like ttorrent. But no client support creation of torrent.

If i understand you right @SceneDL you need an android app that creates a torrent file.

I guess for now, i don't think there is any app to do that .

but will try and ask from the xda site and lets see
