Hello everyone I would like to know if anyone here knows a way to direct bandwidth usage toward your computer giving you an advantage in download, surfing etc.

Many years ago, i used Format Factory, for do that. But, now I really need something expert software, that can do that!

Since I found my passion in encode movies (like Yify-> their movie really great quality in video, but the audio has standard quality, and the other great scene team)

@anana! you need a good combination of hardware, software (I'll go for Handbrake as it's the best encoding software available in the market) and settings (learn how to re-encode, tweak) to get the best results like Yify!
