Knightmare
Every time I go to run an exe file that I have downloaded, I'm prompted to run the file again through Windows Security(?). I have my UAC disabled and I'm using all of the default settings for my internet options. I did notice that every exe I download is blocked. I've looked online and the only thing suggested that would possibly help said to edit settings in the group policy; however, they also mentioned that this is not recommended.Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to automatically unblock files when they are downloaded? I'm running Windows 7 x64 with NOD32.
SlimRock
This prompt shows up when a file is downloaded from other sources. Right click on the file, click the box Unblock and you will not see that popup again.

Knightmare
Is this happening with anyone else using NOD32?have you try @slimrock and @eurobyn suggestion?Yes, I've used slimrock suggestion, but that's what I'm trying to avoid doing each time. I guess my question is, why is this happening after I reformatted and am using default settings? I tried downloading with Google Chrome and got the same result, so I'm thinking that it's some program on my computer.

Kalju
As you see from the picture (Your added) - you do not have the original factory settingsOriginally it must look like something like this (or if already marked, then you don't see it at all)So - don't invent something more , simply try to restore the factory settings at first...and if done, then you can continue changing them.
