How to activate an original Windows 7 on a virtual machine (virtualbox)?

1. I have my original Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium SP1 CD

2. I would like to create a VM with Virtualbox using this CD

3. I never succeeded in "blocking the clock" inside the guest VM. I have read a lot but the clock still remains synchronized with the Host machine, so that I have to use some tool (tell me which one) to activate my copy forever

4. I will never update this Windows 7 installation, I will use it only to create portable applications, so that it will remain the same forever.

First question: I want to install this 64 bit copy on a virtualbox "host" running on a cheap 32 bit notebook which has WIndows XP SP3. Will it work? May I install a 64bit OS on a Virtualbox VM running on a 32bit notebook (ATOM N450 with 1 GB RAM)?

Second question: If the answer to question #1 is Yes, which tool do I have to use to activate this copy so that it doesn't ask you to activate it after 30 days or so? I will never use "Windows Update" inside this Windows 7 SP1 Virtual Machine

PS
My Windows 7 installation CD says it is OEM. Does it change anything? Do I have to use some Windows 7 "retail" version or something of the kind?

Application integrity checking?

Hover your mouse over the green, amber or red icon to see detailed application information.

Note: Even if the icon is green someone might have found a way around the protection system so it's worth checking that the applications path is always the same as the location from which you launched the application. You should also check that the MD5 matches the MD5 found online.


Virus scanner results

All virus scanner detection's are a false-positive as long as the MD5 matches. Simply turn off your anti-virus while installing the loader.

Thanks guys, but Virtualbox says that it cannot install a 64bit guest machine on a 32bit notebook (CPU doesn't support it)

you can not install 64bit guest on 32bit host.

pls refer virtual box local help files.
