AlexCross
Try a deep scan, but I think it may be a faulty video board.

Lyon275
Check the ram .Also I think your graphics card might be dead.
Dodel
Re-seat the ram , gfx card (unless it's onboard).Try replacing gfx drivers, also (ensure to remove all previous versions first), but I would lean towards your gfx card being the issue :/
Catoja
Another tip: Check your video cable, might be a damage cable or port.
Guinness
I´ll go with Dodel on this one.Looks like a GPU related problem. Check your RAM modules, re-seat the discrete GPU, if you have one, unistall and re-install your GFX drivers. ;)

Kalju
Yes, if you listen to all these teachings, your computer do not start anymore at all. It is quite normal if your computer is not cleaned and cared for a long time.
ALIEDHED
Graphics card problem in memory of this or problem in memory in your motherboard.
mazigh
I think it's mosly a GPU fail, I had something like that but it was followed by the blue screen! My advise is try updating your GPU driver and install a software called "SpeedFan" and post the temperature of your GPU
Ambrocious
This sounds more hardware related. Things to check as other users have said above:1) Check or change your RAM2) Check or change your Graphics Card3) Check your CPUTry getting some programs that will tell you the read out of your hardware such as Speccy or SiSoftware Sandra
Nastrahl
You should also check if none of your CPU or graphic card are overheating.
