I must say, as vpn's go, cyberghost speed is quite good and generally their service has been completely reliable. I recently tried a securitykiss giveaway that I saw here at nsane, and that vpn appeared to be working a 1/3 the speed of cyberghost. I imagine to some degree it may depend on where you're located (I'm in the U.S.) but I'm getting the same speeds I would get if I wasn't on the vpn -- that's pretty good!I wish I had a better understanding of where they stand on logging issues and the like. They claim to be o.k, but there are some areas in which they strike me as a bit vague as to precisely what their policy is and what's going on. It's becoming difficult to trust any of these privacy containment providers.Still though, at $13 it's a decent deal, and I've no doubt that even if they're imperfect you wind up somewhat better off with them then without. Romania is subject to the EU wide Data Retention Directive, but the laws have yet to be effectively implemented. CyberGhost keep no logs or other records of users' internet activities.
