What are the programs that provide vaccination against viruses and trojans

I am new here and glad to meet everyone :) :)


My question is basically:



What are the different programs that can perform a computer vaccination (or called immunization) against worms, viruses and trojans.



I personally know so far 3 programs they are

1. Spybot Search and Destroy
2. Spyware Blaster
3. Advanced System Care

But I wonder if these three programs are the only programs offering the possibility of vaccination as an internal application feature.

Panda USB Vaccine (not only for USB)

You can use hostman or simillar to block unwanted (dangerous) websites from your hosts file. It works a bit like Spybot's immunization, but it can block out thousands of dangerous websites.

n0_risk! : yes panda usb vaccine is indeed an excellent program I usually install it on every machine I format

Don't use it to block everything, as it can block websites you use, like thepiratebay, etc. Just block malware and stuff :)
