Making a Windows 7 AIO DVD into just a 64-Bit one?

Now I'm not sure if its possible but I'd like to remove 32-Bit on a Windows 7 AIO DVD that I have. I plan to make this DVD an integrated one by slipstreaming some updates as well as Flash and others.

I'm too lazy to download another Windows 7 ISO I mean come on 4GB!? Ain't nobody got time fo' that!

I ended up having to do the exact same thing. The DVD was so scratched that the data came out corrupted when I tried to rip it. I did download a stock version though through torrent so I can add the post-SP1 updates myself since there isn't any newer version of Maher's torrents on TPB.
