bruinator Posted November 13, 2013 Share Posted November 13, 2013 Hi, Most of the features of callclerk stopped working after the 30 day trial periiod, The only part that still works is the notification of the caller and their number. The software is still installed. The author of the software set it up so it gives me the nag to buy it every time i boot up. Is there a way to prevent this? WindowThe CallClerk - Settings – Misc. is used to set various miscellaneous CallClerk settings.Click the check box beside an option to enable or disable that option. When a check appears in the check box then the option is enabled, when no check appears the option is disabled.For start-up there are two options that may be set, these are:1. I want to get rid of the annoying message of "thank you for trialing callclerk. Your 30 day trial has expired Click ok to buy" the comes up as PC boots up as well. Dodel Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 If it's just a nag screen and you still have full functionality, you can do as printas has stated, and either use Autoit / Vtask studio to make a script which hides nag screen. However if some features are now restricted, you would either have to look at patching the files, or purchasing the software.It could also simply be a reg key / file that keeps a track of the trial start / end, could be worth having a nosey and seeing where the Time trial checks kick in, i.e roll back the system date (just a thought mind).
