Windows 7/8:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions <-- Where extensions are kept at. Though they aren't .crx files.

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage <--Where extension data is stored at.

Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage
