I make edited videos using Adobe Premiere Elements 10, so doing gif animation is not my forte, although sort of related in that its moving frames of images ( like a movie, i can edit frame by frame) im curious of the process involved, and the tools used?

here is an example of the types of stuff i do - This is Xara 3D (revolving text) and Adobe PE10 for the editing and lightning, and the lens flare, and then final render of the video to mp4
