I manually added /#gzsorry to the URL, so I solved the "Incorrect page" error, but not functioning for me.

Tried several e-mail addresses and/or proxy servers, so problems seem not related to them.

The problem is with their server, even If you have successfully submitted your data, the license doesn't come in your mail. It worked until ~3 hours ago.

I got the license ok but you need the installer package which is a page that is supposed to pop up and give you the link to download it after you submit your name and email. I tried to put the Key I recieved in my Bit IS and it said it looked like I had the wrong version of Bit IS for the key I was trying to use.?????????????????? :s ??????????????

It shouldn't matter, the key should work fine, the problem might be with the generated key. Maybe this is why it doesn't generate anymore keys. If you have a bitdefender account, just activate your key through it and install your IS 2013/2014 version or Bitdefender W8 Security, it works for both. If you got a license from the Halloween giveaway then, there might be a problem, because they generate the same keys. So basically they give you again 6 months for Sphere.

Well that must be the problem . The key that was sent does not work in my Bit IS 2014 that is installed.

This can not be right as I got Licenses for 3 of my Friends this morning. I had it sent to their email addresses. They had nothing to do with the Halloween giveaway of 6 months of Bitdefender Sphere. They all received a License from Bitdefender via their email. Which were POP 3 and a yahoo email. I know that the license sent to me does not work.

I am with you. I see what you are saying. But which is it for??? I am confused as my key for Sphere worked Great? Is the Key that was sent to me today IS or Total Security????

It is for IS, if you use the key for Sphere, it will activate for 6 months. The key point is to activate the IS key with the mail you used for the Sphere key.

OK I think I have it now. When I have the option to install either the Total Security or Internet Security I should pick IS and it will be good for a year wear as if I install the Total Security it is only good for 6 months. Whew! Just make sure that I use the email address I received the Sphere PROMO Key to. Glad that you figured that out. Ha.! I am going to try that right now. Ha ha ha. I will be back in a month. Thanks.

Maybe the OP could edit the title that it's for people only that entered in the "Sphere" giveaway to extend their keys with email they used there.

In other words, it doesn't work for everyone and the topic can be merged with the original one here.

What a Crazy way they did this. I still do not really know what is going on. I got the Halloween Bitdefender Sphere 6 month key, now this is supposed to be for their TOTAL SECURITY. It worked fine. This morning I got to this new Bitdefender Internet Security Promo. It was supposed to be for Bit. IS for a year. I had no trouble getting the key for myself and 3 of my friends. I used the same email address for me to get today's Promo Key for IS for 1 year. I finally realized that it was the same key that was sent to me for the Halloween Promo for the Bitdefender Sphere TOTAL SECURITY. The keys that the site Generated for my friends email addresses are all different which is good I guess!? One needs to use the Halloween Sphere download link to get the installer. I do not think that the key will work unless one uses the installation kit from them which is the Total Security. Here is that link if it is still good for anyone that got a key and needs the installer.

I have wasted enough time with this PROMO. ha someone else let me know how they did with it. All I know is that I have 6 months of Total Security and no way I know of to get a year of Internet Security.

Bitdefender eats lot of space on your hard drive, in time, if I remember well, one time it's folder had 7 gb. The main problem with it is that when it's updating, everything freezes for 5 sec, is like sucking the life out of your PC.

It's one of the best AV in the world, but you shouldn't install it on laptops, PC with 2 gb ram or if you have a processor that works on socket 775 , even if it's Dual Core.

I use a PC with Dual-Core proc. , 775 socket , 4 GB RAM and is working without any problem with The New BitDefender 2014 . :thumbsup:

Your PC has problems if it can`t deal with BD`s updates ... I can use my PC without any problems , or slowdowns even if BitDefender is scanning the whole PC ... B)
