rudrax
only tell you, not to buy HP :thumbsdown:And what could be the reason behind that?
vregu
only tell you, not to buy HP :thumbsdown:And what could be the reason behind that?Well, I in my own experience, I had one with an AMD processor, and did not last two years, at 18 months was damaged motherboard. And I've met other people with similar cases, always with HP or Compaq (both from the same manufacture)

R0H1T
If you can find someone with a stanchart card(debit/credit any of'em will do) then this model with AMD A10 5750m will cost you ~35KAlrternatively you can choose from this mix & get the best model yourself. R0H1T
I thought you were fine with AMD APU based laptops ~I have a few in my sight. Tell me if you guys find any better than those.HP pavillion TouchSmart 11-e006AU (AMD APU dual core)Anyways for ~40K I don't think there are very many small(er) ultrabooks in the Indian market, maybe in the US but certainly not here, cause you'll have to compromise on the CPU/GPU or some other front which will not be appropriate in my opinion. Thanks for your suggestion but they are not ultrabook. I'm looking for 11.6/13.3 inch variants. Edited November 1, 2013 by R0H1T

nIGHT
Offtopic:Might be useful checking the customer feedback on those sites that offer those models to prevent repeating the overheating history that lead to the downfall of a certain branded laptop (I think that was a Sorry, oops it's a Sony). Edited November 1, 2013 by nIGHT
rudrax
Actually, the overheating issue that I suffered was due to the blockage of internal outlet vent of the fan, not for any technical issue related with the sillicon pieces.
