Sometimes you get svf files from folders/files downloaded from some website. How can we convert them into workable exe files or iso files enabling burning into DVD?

Thanks for the advice if feasible and tutorial demonstration is most welcome!

Keep the baseline and svf files in same folder. Then open the svf file in smart version. Then click Extract some files from a version(books icon),choose a destination then save the new iso.
