edras Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Hiupgraded my xps 12 to windows 8.1.the reader app does not remember the last viewed page on pdf ebook when I shut down without closing the app and reopen after quick boot.anyone has the same issue or knows how to fix it. anuseems Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Not only this error , Reader continues to run in memory despite closing it the official way. Memory consumption too is huge for mid sized pdf. I uninstalled it and reinstalled,still in vain , finally removed it using dism. Hope microsoft removes major faults in 8.1 and then this one.
