POWERPOINT. but not on EXCEL.here is what in the registry, i cannot change iti cannot set it to default printer either.plus the registry it says "Send To OneNote 2013,winspool,nul:"how can i change the registry value. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dodel Posted October 21, 2013 Share Posted October 21, 2013 (edited) Please forgive this question, but have you tried clicking the drop down box under print in excel to select the correct printer ?, also in the drop down box you can select to add a printer, see if that allows you to browse to your new printer.Or, In the control panel set your new printer as default, if it isn't already.I can't see ANY other reason why other apps would find it, but excel fail, as the printer is default for the OS, not just for selected apps.
