Try another password manager like Keepass or Lostpass

Just disable That password manager and use another one, simple as drinking water :)

The best way to resolve your problem is disabling Bitdefender Wallet from the control panel

I think Bitdefender Wallet isn't a successful feature and has many bugs since initial version v17.13 :(

By the way I'm using Bitdefender internet security 2014 on my laptop computer without any problem (sure after I disabled Wallet feature  )
