It's not possible that a website can write directly into System Volume Information, that is utterly nonsense.

If you download something and have System Restore enabled, the restore point that has been created containing files on your computer (hacktool is probably a false positive, same definition like not-a-Virus.Hacktool.Keygen etc.) will then be displayed from your antivirus in System Volume Information, or in other words, System Volume Information is System Restore and contains all your restore points and has nothing to do with internet or browser or temporary files from the web.

Also, look in your antivirus which original file it is that has been deleted (show the full path, look for Quarantine..), there are several operations that can trigger alarms from your antivirus, e.g. browsing directly to C:/ drive, going into system settings etc., if you use Kaspersky, there are several topics and posts about it and it is clear, that Kaspersky always creates definitions for trial resets, cracks etc. and one definition is hacktool.win32.kiser.bse also known as Kaspersky copy protection against cracks of any kind that try to fake around with Kaspersky products.

Topic closed.

This is clearly false information. Two things:

* This is a detection from some cracked software you have on your system.

* System Volume Information = System Restore data, its impossible for a website to write here.
