Can i install new version of following softwares without uninstall old version?

Google chrome

opera

firefox

klite mega pack

ccleaner

idm

you can, but it is the best to remove the older builds first.just like a upgrade from operating system . better a clean install than doing a upgrade.

but you could use a newer version over the old if you would.

u need portable editions

Just install the new versions of those softwares.

The previous will be updated.

K-Lite will uninstall it's previous version if necessary.
