rach
CCCP, Shark007, K-Lite ... I keep hearing about these strange things called codec packs. Pray tell me what are these? :dunno:- Confessions of a VLC user :Pthey are playback pack, collection of audio and video codecs for Windows user. I found CCCP is the most simple than the others and it support almost all video format I ever played. they use MPC-HC or/and WMP as main player.VLC is a media player and it doesn't need external codecs. It support almost all audio video format. IMO it has best subtitle renderer, BUT as someone who loves watching anime sometimes it's no good on several video I ever played. anyway it's really good for watching anime with 10-bit encoding and high resolution.I hope you could understand what I just wrote here :hehe: :sorry: I think I need to read once again :read: .....- Confessions of an otaku :P Edited September 30, 2013 by rach

Just emphasizing on the fact that my preferred media player - VLC - doesn't need external codecs! :dance:It's like a Linux user telling a Windows user - "Anti-virus? What is that? Never heard of of it" :p Edited September 30, 2013 by calguyhunk
