password protects xp restart/shutdown...?

Hi!
I'm searching for simple program that can password protect XP from going sleep/hibernate/logoff/restart/shutdown... (protect even if it's admin...)

like in linux:

will be also great if restart/shutdown have different password from the rest and different password for each user...

Try this way (It's working ;) ) :

1- Download and setup Password Door 9 :

http://www.toplang.com/passworddoor.htm (this is a trial version) .

2- During installing you will be prompted to define a password of your choice .

3- Run the Application then click on Protect a Program .
4- Add the following application to the list : shutdown.exe (which its path is : C:\Windows\System32\) .
5- Every time user want to restart/shutdown the pc a popup window will appear for entering the password .
Note: I'm not sure if this method is stable for Windows or NOT !
