I untick the option with right clic but I want to disable it permanently.Also I don't have a touch screen so I don't know why it appears.I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro x64. Sonar Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) download and install the latest Synaptics - then see if you get any options in the keyboard/mouse section in control panel.A program on your computer is starting the process up i think.You might not have chrome installed but for example chrome can start that process.
