How to reset trial G.data internet security 2014 (120 days)

[120 days trial] G-Data Internet Security 2012 workaround to 2014v

Bit of a workaround but worth it in the end

First step is for you to download G-Data Internet Security 2012 (120 day trial) here:

Once you've activated the G-Data Internet Security 2012 (120 day trial) then the

Second step is for you to download the G-Data Internet Security 2014 (30 day trial) here:

(DO NOT UNINSTALL ur newly installed 2012 version)

G-Data Internet security 2014 30 day trial

During the activation process it will ask you to "upgrade from the 2012 to 2014 version"
once installed and you have restarted your computer you should have 120 days of the 2014 version!!!

Its not permanant but 120 days is alot better than just 30 days. Maybe by then a real trial reset or patch will be released!
