Process Lasso Exclusion

Whenever I run a tool in Windows 7 Manager, Process Lasso always lowers restrains the tools' processes. Is there a way to exclude an entire folder in Process Lasso? If not, how can I create and if-then solution? For example, "If windows7manager.exe is running, then stop core engine."

Go to the process > right-click > Exclude from ProBalance restraint

I did that for windows7manager.exe, but the other tools have other processes. I was hoping there was a way to exclude a folder vs each individual process.

I doubt,it can :) since app manage single process not folder.
