cruelsister Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Hi Guys- I am running Office 2013 and just noticed that the Folder View pane (the far left pane) keeps self-minimizing. Never happened before and can't be fixed in settings. Found out that this issue is widespread.Turns out that this happens because the recent Sept update was flawed- they pushed a mismatch between outlook.exe and mso.dll. I contacted Microsoft and got this: "We are also working on re-publishing the September Public Update with the correct versions of both mso.dll and outlook.exe to ensure users with automatic updates enabled will receive the correct fix."So for the moment wait or else uninstall recent update KB2817630. jabrwky 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
