You can't, these are localized versions that only support the language from the region you download them from.

So just download and install the german version.

The english title is Farm Frenzy 4 Viking Heroes.

German to English

Unpack FarmFrenzyVikingHeroes_24436.exe with 7-zip, go into FarmFrenzyVikingHeroes_24436\$_OUTDIR\Data and backup LocEn.pack
Delete the rest, go into C:\Program Files (x86)\PurpleHills\Farm Frenzy 4 - Helden der Wikinger\Data and rename loc_DE.pack to *.bak
Copy LocEn.pack into the folder and run the game.

If you don't wanna download again 225MB, here is just the LocEn.pack from the english version.
