november_ra1n
Do you use other VPN such as OpenVPN or similar cause i know from my ex experience i had a trouble everytime i use OpenVPN and Cyberghost cause i could install and use one at the moment! Everytime i install two last install was functioning however that hotfix from Cyberghost file use to help me a lot but pitty its not working for you however there is a forum within Cyberghost you can always read or ask for help there if you cant get help here.https://board.cyberghostvpn.com/cyberghost-vpn-english-boards/problems/5509-not-connecting-again/Here was suggestion there:Uninstall all other VPN-Software and install the following hotfix http://cyberghostvpn.com/download/driver-hotfix.exeAs you've installed an other VPN-Software, this has overwritten the CyberGhost Networkdriver with an outdated Version. Please use the search function the next time before flaming at the board Edited September 12, 2013 by november_ra1n

november_ra1n
Try this if it will work:Go Control Panel >>>Network & Internet>>Network Sharing Center>> Click your Ethernet>> Properties>>Internet Protocol Version4 >>Properties >> Click use the following DNS Server Address:8.8.8.88.8.4.4ORTry to manually set the CyberGhost DNS to one of the following IPs: 79.141.167.1479.141.160.2367.221.255.31With the next upcoming release of our Windows Client we try to automatically set the DNS to all network card adapters per default. It seems that currently on some system both DNS keep active (CyberGhost DNS and your ISPs DNS) which could result sometimes in the ISP DNS respondingOk>>>After that try to connect Cyberghost VPN this may work if your ISP provider blocked Cyber.
