I would like to save as much as possible money on other parts for now , I willeupgrade motherboard which suportts SSD in 2-3 months , but for know is it possible that this two components work on some cheap motherboard like - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4311# This motherboard in my country cost 38 € = 49 $ . And is 500 W power supply enough ? Thanks in advance on help and some tips are welcome :)

I would imagine that motherboard would support SSD you could always ask Gigabyte themselves. It looks like though you might have to update the BIOS when you get it but it sounds like it'll be an easy task i don't know why it says it supports 32nm AMD AM3+ then at the top it's saying you need to update the BIOS to get the support. Unless the original BIOS had some bug in it.
