I've issue with

Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver 9.18.10.3222 with Windows 8.1

After installing Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise Windows update the driver on this version and I use Skystar card now I've kinda flashing small lines on the channels I watch and after I install older version for this driver I don't have this problem anymore but Windows keep updating the driver for the last version. anyone have same issue or have
solution.

disable automatic updates (set to look but not download)

uninstall driver

hide the driver on windows updates site

install previous driver

-

I have the same problem (but on an older laptop) - if i download the inel junk from windows update site - i cant even play minecraft

but using a normal driver install (from driver genius) everything is fine.

the best OS windows 8.1 version for DVB-S card is windows 8.1 POR WMC

try it and download this pack codec only and the PIC will be smooth than ever I use skystar2 express HD & skystar2 the old one

and no problem with PIC also the speed for CPU must be over 3.0GHZ for HDTV

and download the DIVX last version

for HD codec

codec pack download link

DVBViewer pro 5.1.0

I see cause I'm searching for the new version 5.2.7 anyway I spoke with intel and they told me that driver is still beta not a final one. but ffdshow is best codec for h.264 more than Dvix one, I'll show you ex.
