Try mak keys offline i have posted on one of the topic there >>>However did not have time to install in Vmware and test them cause i am not sure MAK Keys still working to activate R2 as they were activating Server 2012alsoTry to use DAZ Loader it was brilliant on Server 2012 not sure on R2 all information topic link above.
