I was trying to install Ubuntu on my dad's PC when I came across this problem: The USB keyboard isn't working on the Bootloader. I can't move the choices up or down not even press Enter because it does absolutely nothing. I used uNetBootIn and Universal USB Installer with both not working.

None of the results seem to specifically address the issue since its moreover Keyboards not working after an upgrade or out of the blue.

I am having same issue on my Windows 8 x64 System, have to manually temper the BIOS settings for legacy USB devices.
