mara- Posted August 16, 2013 Share Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) Hi guys,I need some help with the blogger theme. My younger brother has a blog where he writes about his favourite football club. Now, I'm in charge for maintaining, changing design, adding some new stuff, etc. Now, recently we changed the theme to the one called "My Extra News". I got everything how I wanted, but there is a problem when posting link to Facebook. Problem is with meta tag, specifically description tag. Facebook uses og:description property to extract few word from the text so it can appear under the title. Now, something is wrong with this template, and it shows following in the description tag: title, time of posting, author name, and then few words from actual text of the post. And it should just show few words from actual text of the post. I 100% sure this is a problem with this theme. If there is someone here to take a look and provide a fix, I would be grateful.
