(internet options - advanced) and clear user customized settings also.restart en test again. if this not helping you have to set internet explorer back as default.i think you have installed google chrome and removed the links from within internet explorer. if so you can use this registry code to restore the links back as normal setting.copy below and save as fix-links.regWindows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.htm]@="htmlfile"[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.html]@="htmlfile"[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.shtml]@="htmlfile"now you just double click this regfile and restart en try again.
