How to exclude a program permanently from most frequently used programs on start menu

I am using StartIsBack + RC0 as start menu replacement in windows 8.1 preview, I don't like seeing the notepad.exe and winrar.exe appearing all the time in MFU list I am wondering how to prevent those programs form appearing in the list permenantly ?

Any help will be appreciated.
