Knightmare Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Whenever a program requires a restart after updating, not all of my startup programs startup. I notice it the most with PowerISO. The .exe is running but the tray icon is not there. The most recent update was Cyberfox; after the computer booted, I noticed that Peerblock and PowerISO did not show in the system tray.
