Alanon
How do the servers feel? Fast-loading pages?
stylemessiah
So its like OpenDNS etc, but in Italian? Ill be boring and point out yet again that i can do all that with squid and squidguard, and im 100% in control of what gets blocked/filtered (all ads/trackers/malware) or broken/mangled (so far nothing in years) read their page (broken english and all) and you'll see that they limit connections, and to those on their "blocklist", to get off that they want them to sign a contract and donate money to a non-profit...wtf? ransom anyone? weylin
How do the servers feel? Fast-loading pages? No difference here. The best thing to do is a speed-test - http://pcmag.speedtest.net/If it is too slow, just use your regular DNS servers. As far as I know OpenDNS, NortonDNS, or any other free service does not block ads. Alanon
I've just set everything up nicely, and it feels a little bit snappier than my ISP's DNS servers. :DNow how can I test if it blocks tracking services in Mozilla? :think:Ghostery still seems to block unwanted trackers. Now, can someone who speaks Italian retell a shortened version of any limitations of this free package? What's the speed cap, are there privacy issues, etc. Google Translate made me not understand most of it. xD Edited August 6, 2013 by Alanon
