mazigh
Yes they are, try to install latest builds especially for Recover My Files (latest version is 5.1), for partition wizard I tried just to re-size partitions, but the official website says it can recover the partition too

Please help the data was crtical :(Well that statement kind of makes me laugh because it cant have been that "critical" or you would already have a backup of it so wouldn't need to worry about the partition or about asking how to recovery, You would simply re-create partition and copy from backup ;)Maybe this is a lesson in making automated regular backups of "critical" data. rudrax
Try HDD Mechanic. It's capable of recovering data from unallocated RAW partitions.

muhib
Thank you all for replying. I had already tried testdisk before posting this topic here, but I don't think that it worked well enough in my case. I wonder how most of you are voting for it :/It did recover my data but renamed all the folders and files. the folders were named "recup.dir1" and then dir2 and then dir3 etc. And the files were renamed as F36112 etc. It just became impossible for me to sort out the data from these folders. Took many hours from my important routine to give this result :/Whereas Minitool Power Data Recovery worked best for me. It recovered all the folders and files just the way they were before. Unlike the testdisk case where the whole folder tree was disturbed.

Jerome Bettis
Hi buddy, It seems like your condition is very crucial. Don’t worry I have tried one tool named as Remo partition recovery software; it can bring you out from this problem. I hope you will get back your deleted data.
