Beamslider
VPN will probably work. They won't know it is a torrent. But if they are limiting bandwidth overall it won't matter.
SlimRock
If you are a Google Chrome user then you can use ZenMate Extension which lets you bypass geographical limitations set by certain ISP's. It acts as a virtual VPN and totally encrypts your browsing data, you can also select different countries like Hong Kong, Germany, UK, USA & Switzerland as your preferred Home Location OR can use Hotspot Shield VPN. Administrator DKT27 Posted July 27, 2013 Administrator Share Posted July 27, 2013 I'm not sure if it will work, but have you tried enabling encryption in your torrent client?
Nima
Try using magnet links or download torrents as text files if available (mostly private trackers). ;)Try a reliable VPN service which encrypts everything in your browser. ;)

Lucent
Get your hands on a seedbox, use a VPN or enable the encryption layer on your torrent client. Most of the ISPs would track even encrypted traffic because of the multitude of connections starting from the same IP address, but you can get over this limitation with a VPN, so all the traffic get routed over a single (strong) encrypted connection ;)
