Don't Ask! Avoid unwanted toolbar offered in pushy Java installations

Yes, even after you disable or uninstall the toolbar your homepage needs to be redone in ie settings.Its not nasty as such, just a pain in the behind.

Unfortunately I need java for programmes I use for some work.I would love to not have to use it at all.
