Roger D
Antivirus software is important is any antivirus install in you systemNo.. Only Windows Defender.. :rolleyes:I don't think that Antivirus has anything to do with it, As AVS Image Converter is Working properly.
johnse7en
If there were antivirus software installed you were not going to face this problem
Cerberus
Thought I would mention this....dont know if this is your issue but I have noticed some apps and also patches not showing correctly because of font settings in win 8. Not saying you changed the fonts but wouldnt hurt to look at it and try different settings. Worth a shot anyways.
johnse7en
Try this method step by step 1: uninstall Avs Document converter from control penal better remove all AVS programs 2: "press windows key + R" and type "regedit" it'll open windows registry editor Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software and delete the AVS4YOU folder to remove all traces of AVS4YOUapplications. To do this right click this folder and choose Delete.Next go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software and do the same to delete all the elements of AVS4YOU applications there. Now close the registry editor.3:Go to C:\ program files and delete the "AVS4YOU" folder form there if you have selected different place to install the software delete it from there4:Go to C: drive\Program Files\Common Files and delete the AVSMedia folderNow re-install avs latest version hope this time it'll work :)
