GIMP 2.8.6 I believe has bee recalled and your download link is dead

I've looked everywhere and I believe GIMP 2.8.6 has been dropped from being downloaded from just about everywhere I've looked.

Edit:

I believe the installer was removed because there were reports of version 2.8.6 crashing a lot.

Another update:

Never mind. The download is back. I guess they fixed it or something.
